你在那边望月
倚窗独自吟哦
把月读成诗句
原来月亮是我
  
我在这边望月
不慎掉进梦里
把月化作诗句
原来月亮是你

■Watching the Moon
By  Duancheng  Wang

There you look far into the moon,
And by the window a verse croon,
Croon the the moon into a line.
And the moon is me; we both shine.

Here I look far into the moon,
And fall into a dream too soon.
Soon turn the moon into a line.
And the moon is you; thine is mine.
