If I mailed you a maple leaf
Would you know that the maple woods of mine
Had been red all over the hill in late fall
If I held a drop of tears for you
Would you know that a storm
Had been raging in the sea of my heart
In those soundless and sleepless deep nights
Many magnificent flowers were in full bloom in my soul
But silently withered in the morning when I opened my eyes
Please cherished the pale rose I sent you
Because it was the only one in bloom in the early morning
After all other flowers had been buffeted by rain and wind
